Our founder Ian Williams served in the Welsh Guards for almost 10 years. When he moved back into civilian life, he realised that there were many industries where the unique skills and work ethic of former military personnel represented a perfect match. One of these was commercial and industrial cleaning.

With its head office in Swansea, the company now services clients across South Wales. A high percentage of its staff are former military personnel, ensuring the company’s ethos and high military standards are always illustrated in all the work it completes. It works with a number of local training providers that specialist in helping former forces personnel transition successfully into civilian life.

The company also prides itself working closely with a number of charities that support former military personnel by raising funds and offering employment opportunities. These include SSAFA and ABF The Soldiers’ Charity.
