Supporting local charities and organisations is our favourite way to give back to the community, and Regimental Cleaning Services are proud to be sponsoring a number of local football teams and clubs in the South Wales Area, as the start of their local league football begins.
We are pleased to be able to support Pontlliw AFC, Pwll AFC, Camford AFC under 15s and Cilfrew Rovers FC, with funds to help them continue developing grassroots football teams in the local area and nurture developing talent.
This sponsorship is a testament to our dedication to fostering a healthy and active lifestyle amongst young people, promoting teamwork, discipline, and camaraderie through sports. We hope to actively contribute to the development of young talent and invest in the future of sports in the local community.
The sponsorship will go a long way to providing essential resources for the team, such as kit, equipment, training facilities, pitch hire and other costs the club incurs. By backing local youth sports, we hope to play an active role in nurturing young talents and enriching the lives of young athletes.
Grassroots football clubs like Camford, Pwll, Pontlliw and Cilfrew Rovers are important in local communities to help promote social inclusion, get more people involved in local football and develop hidden talent in young people who may not have had the opportunity to try football or team sports in the past.
In addition to the above grassroots teams, we also sponsor Llanelli Town AFC, known colloquially as The Reds, who currently play in the JD Cymru South League. As part of the sponsorship, our branding will be on display at Stebonheath Park, the home of Llanelli Town AFC, and also shared on the team’s social media platforms.
Speaking on the sponsorship, our founder, Ian Williams, said:
“It is a great pleasure to once again show our support to grassroots football. Supporting grassroots sport should be something that every company tries to do in some capacity, as each sponsorship donation can help provide essential resources. We wish Camford, Pwll, Pontlliw, Cilfrew Rovers and Llanelli Town the best of luck for their upcoming season.”
